Dr Chongo Rosemary Musonda Mwila is an educational leader and practitioner who has readily contributed to curriculum review and development, and has extensive experience in early childhood and primary education. She also specialises in professional development through coaching, mentoring and workshops. Dr Chongo has taught and worked in several accredited international schools as a subject/grade coordinator and vice principal and has successfully coordinated curriculum review in English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies.

She worked as a Partnership Management Advisor in the public-private partnership Education Reform Project in Abu Dhabi, which involved leading and managing the school as a coach and mentor to the incumbent principal.  It also involved providing formal and informal continuous professional development opportunities for the principal, vice principal and other school leaders. Dr Chongo is credited with recording immense success at a very critical period in the reform process.
