Robert Thorn has been both an inter-cultural and international educator, principal, and coach for the last 30 years.  He is the Founding Director of Developing Real Learners – an organisation that helps school communities bring fundamental, inclusive, and sustainable transformation to education by developing learner attributes and fostering learning cultures.

Robert has worked on projects in Pakistan, India, Singapore and the Middle East where he often participates in panel discussions and key-note speeches on the application of his approach to education. His latest project is the Academy of Learner Development, which aims to provide practical opportunities for all stakeholders in schools to overcome educational challenges and help young people realise their potential.
