Roland K. Jahnke is the founder and president of Global Sustainable Excellence Concepts (GSEC), Germany, established in 2017.

He has been instrumental in the transformation of public administrations, large-scale companies and quality organisations, into efficient global players. Roland excels in global business excellence and has worked in different executive functions for the German Federal Ministry for Postal Services and Telecommunications, and its follow-up organisation, Deutsche Post DHL Group.

Roland, Academician of the International Academy for Quality (IAQ, U.S.), served as IAQ’s Vice President Projects as well as Chairman of IAQ Quality in Education Think Tank (QiETT). In this capacity, he received the IAQ Founder’s Medal (2017). He also led a large-scale project, namely ‘Quality Education in Asia/Oceania’, arranging quality study tours in several countries of the region.

Roland is committed to sustainability. In the education sector, he participated in global and regional events organised by the UNESCO Headquarters, Paris, and worked as a UNESCO observer.
