Aneela Bukhari is Lead Programme Manager at Ormiston Trust where she has strategic oversight for the successful delivery of youth social action programmes in over 150 schools across England. Previously, she worked as an Educational Advisor for the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge, UAE, as well as Nord Anglia Education Services, where she trained and developed principals and head teachers to raise student attainment and educational standards. During her time at Nord Anglia Education Services, she supported school leadership teams to deliver, monitor and evaluate school improvement goals, ensuring successful outcomes, aligned to the standard framework for teaching and learning.

Aneela was also a lecturer in Bachelor of Education and Diploma for Teaching Assistants programmes, and worked with a number of education ministries across the UAE to align university programmes with industry requirements. As Head of School Improvement and Professional Development, Beaconhouse Group, she oversaw the professional development of over 8,000 teachers and implemented systems for school improvement across more than 190 schools.
